Great facility and great first time experience, but be weary if you’re a working parent without flexibility. I made a follow up appointment weeks in advance for my daughter and took off work to be able to make it just to have it rescheduled the day before. To make it worse I wasn’t called and asked what day I could reschedule for, I just received a random notification that my daughter’s appointment was now on a different day as if I could just drop my schedule and come on a different day at last minute’s notice. Completely inconsiderate. Other than that, if you have the freedom to be rescheduled at their will, this is a nice facility. - Tangiere J.
